Stuffs

There are several stuffs which have been with me for five years.
TV: At TAMU and PSU, I didn't have an English conversation partner. Almost every international student might have. Unfortunately, no one wanted to be my conversation partner (Maybe I am too old to be their friend :-( ). So, I designated (:-)) my TV as my English teacher. Everyday, I watched some series, mostly family, ESPN, or CNN news while having Dinner. It's a pretty good solution.

Chair: Long time ago, I hiked a mountain alone and got hurt on my back. After this accident, I continuously had a back problem. I decided to spend some money (big money compared to other stuffs) on buying this chair. I couldn't abandon this chair when I moved here from Texas. But I am thinking to give this to someone who needs. I found the person who may need.

Vacuum: Different from my country, most aprtment floors are carpetted, which makes people lazy (^^). It's not easy to realize how dirty the floor is. One guy stronly recommended to buy an expensive vacuum cleaner with a good reason. Mine has been working well for five years to keep my room floor clean. When I clean my room, I am surprised at the status. There are so many tiny things stick to the carpet which cannot be recognized from a distance. This reminds me of thinking about having some separate time to reflect myself frequently.

Comforter: I have been with my comforter most of time because I like sleeping and have to sleep enough compared to others. Whenever I am tired, I lie on my bed with my comforter, have a rest, and get some energy. One of my dreams is to become a person like a comforter. What does this mean? I want to be a person who deeply understands others and to be there for them. This motivates me to be more adventurous in life since I believe that I can embrace more people as I go through more different, often difficult, experiences.

Audio: Without alarm, I cannot wake up by myself. However, I don't like the usual alarm sound. I bought this audio as my alarm. I just set time to get up and a radio channel or a music. Then this starts playing and wakes me up slowly and softly with a nice music.

Car: The most expensive property that I have is my car. I was thinking if I didn't get assistanship I might sell this car. I am happy to keep this til now. I prayed a lot inside this car. Hence, this is the most precious pet for me. On deciding to change school, I ventured to drive from Texas to here, although I never drove more than three hours. It took about 28 hours. It was a great experience to learn the secret of life. Last day of driving, I got tired, but I decided to drive continuously to get to the destination ASAP. I drove fourteen hours with ten minute break to feed myself(^^) and my car. I was feeling like choked. I didn't give up and made it. Often, I reflect the past inside this. Here, my car is used for helping people, including me(^^), to go to Church, go shopping, and travel. Wherever I go, this comes with me, as a friend. We have been Canada (Ottawa, Montreal, and Quebec city), Virginia, Washington DC, NewJersey, Niagara, Ithaca, New York, and Philadelphia. I wish I go to Main State and Boston as my Eastcost exploration.
