Indian Curry (Shrimp)


1. saute the chapped onions with olive oil
2. add two TBS curry powder and chili source
3. add fish source and Lime juice (I used one and half Limes)
4. add 2/3 cup of coconut milk and 1/2 cup of water
5. add potato, tobu, tomato, any vegetables that I want. (This can be removed, but I like vegetables.)
6. boil it for some time
7. add shrimp and cilantro and boil it until it's done

I loved my friend's shrimp curry. I asked her to release her recipe for a while. Finally I got it a couple of days ago. I tried it. I like the taste I made. To remember the recipe, I leave it here with a picture. From now on, I will try to cook this curry in different ways.
